*Accepting New Clients In-Person In Austin & Virtually Across Texas*
At Arbor Branch Counseling, we believe in creating an environment of trust and dependability where our clients can feel safe to share their experiences. Our goal is to encourage client autonomy and provide the tools they need to feel confident facing life's challenges. We understand that finding a therapist and taking the first step towards healing can feel daunting. When you are ready to start this journey, we will be with you at every step, moving at a pace that’s comfortable for you.
We provide outpatient individual therapy to adults both in-person and virtually. We are based in Austin, TX and can provide teletherapy to clients anywhere in the state of Texas. Our specialties include Post-Stroke Depression, Caregiver Fatigue, Grief, Trauma & PTSD, Anxiety, and Self-Esteem. We believe in racial justice, LGBTQIA+ rights, and Health at Every Size.
We see therapy as a collaborative process. The time we spend together is for you, and we want to make sure that you are getting what you need out of it. We encourage clients to push back if we are hitting on something that you are not ready for or if we are going in a direction that feels uncomfortable for you. Therapists might have education and experience in counseling, but no one knows you better than you.
