I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone call or in-person meeting to see if we are a good match and answer any questions about the therapeutic process that you might have.
I see teens 15 and up and adults for individual therapy. Sessions can be conducted either in-person or virtually, depending on your comfort level.
Sometimes 50 minutes can feel limiting if it's been a particularly heavy week or if we see each other less often. In these cases, I offer longer sessions to accommodate.

St. Edward's Community Clinic provides low cost therapy to anyone in the Austin area. They offer individual, couples, and family counseling. Their therapists comprise of pre-graduate interns who are currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Counseling program at St. Edward's.
